This joint and muscle gel is the best out there (I think – because I use it and it definately works) It is fabulous for sore aches and pains and works incredibly well on muscles which are on fire with pain, cooling them right down and so easing the pain. Also great for all manner of sporting activities and the perfect walkers friend. NOT FOR THE FACE!!! (60gms = 2.oz - Full Pot weight 145gms = 5oz)
